The past 4 years have really changed business direction in several industries. The design/construction industry got hit the hardest!
We cut overhead, laid off employees and leased out the building at 1440 Flower Street, Glendale, CA and moved the architectural studio to 6930 Apperson Street, Tujunga (L.A.), CA. Same phone, fax numbers, same e-mail. My son, Trevor, went back with his original commercial contractor as head superintendant.

Creativity in Living, Inc. is now offering commercial green applications to residential designs like fresh air economizer A/C systems, true-level floating top decks, and upgrade prevention VS cure construction design.
Today, jobs in progress include two custom design hillside homes in Studio City, a 3-story commercial, retail and parking garage in Burbank, a 3,000 sq. ft. addition and remodel in Beverly Hills and 3 remodels in Los Angeles.
Our new business direction is aimed at energy efficient green architectural design, upfront cost estimating and construction management for select clients.
